By May 1st, 2026, I'll be moving from Chicago to the NYC area with my husband, Derek Spaldo, and cat, Savvy. The above picture was taken by Chris Lowell while understudying three roles on Second Stage's Broadway production of Cult of Love, written by Leslye Headland and directed by Trip Cullman. Very excited for this next chapter!

vero's Playwriting debut

Thrilled to making my playwriting debut with Mudlark Theater.

I had the pleasure of co-writing an adaptation of the story of Robin Hood with Mudlark's Artistic Director Christina Lepri-Stringer. Directed by Mady McCabe, Robin Hood, runs from March 13-15 and March 20-22. Tickets can be purchased here.

Blurb: Who is under the hood? In a tavern at the edge of Sherwood Forest, rebels convene to find the infamous outlaw Robin Hood after Prince John has ascended the throne. Everyone knows something about Robin Hood, but no one knows exactly who he is. As the threat from the lords of the land grows, can the rebels find their hero and stand up against the rising tyranny?
